Electrolux Professional MCGHABJOVI 4-Burner Gas Top with Ecoflam, 1 Side, Backsplash (Town Gas) (Code 593316)
Retrofitting a wall-run cooking line usually means finding a top that fits the existing base and still protects the wall behind it. The Electrolux Professional MCGHABJOVI 4-Burner Gas Top with Ecoflam, 1 Side, Backsplash (Town Gas) (Code 593316) is built for that job, a four-burner town gas top with a fixed backsplash that ships as a top-only unit for whatever base is already in place or ordered alongside it.
Ecoflam pan detection reads each of the four Flower Flame burners individually, backing off the flame as soon as a pan lifts and bringing it back the moment it returns, so idle time at the stove doesn't run up the gas bill. Flame failure devices sit on every burner in case one goes out on its own, and the cast-iron pan supports with long center fins keep everything from a small saucepan to a stockpot level and stable through service.
